morning commutes suck.....but

at least, if things work out just right, and i get out of bed in time and eat breakfast fast enough and don't dawdle too long with getting everything ready, i get to see a gorgeous mountain sunrise like this every so often. the thing is these pictures don't even do the real thing justice. it was absolutely stunning.

almost makes the snowstorm that hit later that night worth it. ALMOST!

even the pictures look beautiful.... can't imagine how that would've looked in person...

oh it was something to behold. it really was. and it was fleeting, the deep oranges and purples visible for only 2 minutes at the most. it's nice to be at the right place at the right time; it's such a rarity.

you are talking about utah
right?

you should see our beautiful
smog ball sunsets, it is
enough to make nature tear-up?

great song, CC...the getups are something to behold, too. what were they thinking back then. :)

i'm sure nature tears up every day at the mistake that is LA! :)

ha!
well, the lakers still suck.

plus, you know i'm a celtics fan (not that i'm bragging as there's nothing to brag about there). maybe we'll get the first pick in the draft and grab Durant. i doubt he'll make us better, but at least we'll have him. :)

i was a celtics fan in 75, john
havlicek, dave cowens, jo jo white, but eventually, i came around...while the lakers are
indeed sucking, a local guy from
l.a. county, is all the celtics have to brag about (pierce)...
i would take oden...durant will be another lamar odom...too many of those tall thin players around
